I am an electrical engineer, artist, and musician specializing in embedded systems, C, and Python.
I am interested in musical and creative applications of embedded systems and electrical engineering.
in my free time, I run, draw, paint, play several instruments, and record music.

- Lead electronics design and prototyping for an "Audio Arcade" called Galaga's Ghost, a project for the B.E.A.T. Convivial Machines Group Show at the Museum of Boulder

Transition Shared Codebase to GitHub
- Led a team of four in transitioning a live codebase spanning a decade of development and ~1GB of source code from Perforce to GitHub
- Organized effort and task, mediated stakeholder wants, communicated milestones, delivered on time
- Kept full Perforce history spanning over a decade in Git commit form
- Wrote an effective user guide and organized resources for the transition to keep developers productive
- Wrote GithubActions Perforce sync script and precommit checks to run in container and test pull request quality
- Maintained self-installing tool used to perform p4 to git sync that was used by another team afterwards
Embedded Software Team Lead and Developer
- Scrum lead and individual contributor for a team developing new software for a product now in beta
- Improving team maturity in Agile and in DevOps via maintaining culture of quality and dissemination of information on tools and processes
- Developing several critical user-space applications in C to run on OpenWRT
- Developed a secure bootloader for a critical new piece of hardware
- Lead developer for a daemon process, library, and CLI utility related to a hardware product
- Ported a complex production-level WiFi metrics daemon and logging process to a legacy platform
Sofware Engineer
- Designed and implemented a cloud-based software Spectrum Analyzer for a proprietary waveform,
thus saving Viasat over $1 million in Spectrum Analyzer hardware. - Created a CI/CD pipeline for a traffic-shaping C program using Ansible, Jenkins, bash, and Docker.
- Used large data analysis in Splunk to detect interfering carrier waves on our network waveform and requested truck rolls to correct the problem.
